  • Week 1: Discovery & Targeting
    60-minute session to understand your goals, ideal partner profile, and current positioning. I identify 8-10 potential targets, we narrow to your top 5 priorities.

  • Week 2-3: Introductions & Coaching
    I make 5 warm introductions via email with strategic positioning that gets attention. Before each conversation, we do a 15-minute briefing on how to run the meeting. After, we debrief and adjust approach.

  • Week 4: Review & Next Steps
    Sprint review session. What worked, what didn't, where the opportunities are, and recommendations for what to do next.

We act as your Head of Partnerships. Strategy, introductions, negotiation, execution. You get ongoing access to my network and expertise without hiring someone full-time.

Ongoing strategic partnership development:

  • 2 x 90-minute strategy sessions per month (more if deals are active)

  • Partnership opportunity identification and market intelligence

  • Strategic introductions from my network as relevant

  • Partnership materials review and positioning support (decks, proposals, pitch templates)

  • Active partnership negotiation guidance (I join key calls if needed)

  • Quarterly partnership pipeline reviews

  • Priority access for urgent opportunities (48-hour response time on all communications)

  • Think of this as: Having a Head of Partnerships on retainer without the salary, recruitment headache, or ramp-up time.

  • What we do:

  • Own the partnership development process. Provide strategic direction. Make introductions. Guide negotiations. Keep you accountable. Deliver outcomes.
